Sales Manager
We are supporting a company at the forefront of sustainability and environmental solutions, specialising in the activated carbon market. They provide high-quality activated carbon products and services to global corporate clients, delivering solutions across a wide range of industries, including water treatment and purification, air filtration and purification, and food & beverage processes.
Their products and solutions play a vital role in ensuring safe drinking water, managing wastewater, maintaining industrial and commercial air quality, and enhancing the quality of food and beverages through processes such as sugar refining, oil purification, beverage clarification, and alcohol production. By effectively removing contaminants, odours, and impurities, we help clients achieve operational excellence while supporting environmental sustainability.
We are looking for a Sales Manager to support their commercial strategy, drive regional revenue growth, and nurture key customer relationships. The ideal candidate will ideally bring an existing customer network to help generate early opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the sales strategy for activated carbon products across water, air, and food & beverage sectors in assigned regions
- Drive revenue growth and support market expansion initiatives
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers
- Participate in negotiations and support contract closures
- Identify new sales opportunities and potential partnerships
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives
- Represent the organisation at regional events and client meetings
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- 5–10 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in industrial B2B environments
- Knowledge or experience in the activated carbon, water treatment, air purification, or food & beverage sectors is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset with ability to meet sales targets
- Ability to travel regionally as needed
