Sales Manager
Flytronics is a global distributor of electronic components with a strong foundation in Asia and a growing presence in Europe. We support OEMs, ODMs, and electronics manufacturers by providing reliable sourcing solutions across the semiconductor and electronic components supply chain.
As part of our continued expansion in the European market, we are establishing and strengthening our footprint in Europe. We are looking for Sales Manager who are motivated to grow with us and contribute to building long‑term customer partnerships.
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and proactive Sales Managers to support and expand our presence across France and European markets, with a focus on the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing supply chain.
This role is ideal for candidates with 5-8 years of experience in semiconductor or IC sales/business development, or experience dealing with EMS/OEM/ODM in the supply chain, particularly those with a proven track record in new customer acquisition. You will have the opportunity to grow within a dynamic distribution environment and contribute directly to our regional growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in France and European market, with a strong focus on semiconductor / IC distribution.
- Drive new customer acquisition (hunting), especially within OEM, ODM, and electronics manufacturing sectors.
- Build and expand a strong pipeline of target accounts in the electronics supply chain ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
- Lead commercial discussions, quotations, and negotiations with internal support.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements to identify growth opportunities.
- Contribute directly to regional revenue growth and market penetration strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of proven success in business development or sales, specifically within a semiconductor/IC distribution environment. Demonstrated experience in proactive customer acquisition and market development.
- Professional fluency in both France and English is mandatory (C1 or higher).
- Solid understanding of electronics manufacturing, supply chain management, EMS, OEM and ODM business models.
- Existing networks within the electronics manufacturing ecosystem is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, commercial awareness, and results‑driven attitude.
- Comfortable working independently in a target‑driven environment.
