About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented intern to support commercial project coordination and business operations activities within our renewable energy business.
This role offers exposure to cross‑regional renewable energy projects, involving collaboration with commercial, technical, sales, and project stakeholders across multiple markets.
The internship is ideal for a student interested in renewable energy, project coordination, business operations, and international collaboration within a fast‑growing industry supporting the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities
Project Data Management
- Maintain and update project pipelines, sales tracking tools, and CRM systems
- Consolidate and analyze sales and project data across regions
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality
- Support dashboard preparation and reporting improvements
Cross‑Regional Coordination
- Support alignment and follow‑up on project status across internal teams
- Assist in preparing regional meeting reports, presentations, and data updates
- Coordinate information flow between commercial, technical, and sales stakeholders
- Track action items and support project timeline visibility
Bid & Tender Support
- Assist in preparing commercial documentation for tenders and project submissions
- Coordinate with technical, commercial, and sales teams to gather required inputs
- Support submission timelines and internal coordination processes
- Help ensure completeness and consistency of tender documentation
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, Economics, or a related field
- Strong interest in renewable energy, particularly wind energy and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in an international environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Power BI, dashboards, or data visualization tools is a plus
