About The Job

The Key Account Manager, directly reporting to the Europe Aviation Sales Manager, acts as the primary interface with customers, ensuring alignment between their expectations and the company’s high-quality manufacturing capabilities, and bringing a strong technical understanding of the company's processes and products to support customer discussions and business development.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage quotations, share cost and define price with GM.
  • Collaborate with the Production, Quality, and Planning teams to ensure proper delivery schedules and process compliance: customer care and voice in the company.
  • Collaborate with Engineering team to support customer satisfaction on new process or part introduction for the company
  • Monitor customer KPIs such as OTD, quality performance (including compliance with Nadcap and EN 9100 standards), and commercial conditions.
  • Maintain updated records in CRM tools and support the sales reporting process.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to the commercial process and customer experience.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Negotiation ability and results orientation.
  • Ability to discuss technical requirements and solutions with customers.
  • Process oriented in order to analyze technically requirement and prepare quotation and cost analysis
  • Using Internal tool, analyze with local GM marginality by product and propose improvement on pricing
  • Problem-solving mindset and flexibility in a growing organization.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Solid written and oral communication skills.
  • Availability to travel occasionally for customer meetings or trade events.

Education And/Or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field or Technician with minimum 5-8 years experiences in special processes for aviation in an engineering team.
  • Experience preferably in industrial environments such as aerospace, automotive, precision engineering, or surface treatment industries.
  • Technical background or experience needed.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Experience using CRM and ERP systems.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Office-based with regular interaction with the shop floor and operations teams.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

Full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexibility depending on customer and business needs.

TRAVEL

Occasional travel to customer sites or internal company meetings.
