You will work closely with leadership to structure and communicate compelling financial propositions, manage investor relationships, and help shape the company’s capital roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations & Network Development
- Identify, source, and engage financial investors (institutional investors, family offices, wealth managers, strategic partners)
- Build a robust pipeline of investor prospects and maintain long‑term relationships
- Lead investor outreach campaigns, presentations, and roadshows
Fundraising & Capital Structuring
- Support and coordinate fundraising processes (equity, debt instruments, structured investment vehicles)
- Help shape investor materials including financial models, pitch decks, and term sheets
- Collaborate with external advisors, legal, and finance teams to execute successful rounds
Financial Strategy & Reporting
- Track and communicate key financial metrics (fundraising progress, KPIs, investor commitments)
- Partner with senior leadership (CFO/CEO) to refine financial strategy
- Ensure transparent, timely reporting and investor updates
