Sales Intern

Lombard Odier Investment Managers ("LOIM") is the asset management business of the Lombard Odier Group. In order to strengthen our Sales team in Paris, we are looking for a Sales Intern.

You will join a dynamic and collaborative Sales Team of five professionals dedicated to serving wholesale and institutional clients across France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Monaco. The team works closely with internal departments to deliver high-quality investment solutions and client service.

Your Role

As a Sales Intern, you will support the team in its daily activities and strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with client inquiries from third‑party distributors, consultants, and prospects across the covered regions.
• Helping organize and coordinate client events, roadshows, and meetings.
• Supporting the preparation of client presentations, reporting materials, and tailored sales projects.
• Contributing to the review and coordination of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Providing administrative support including scheduling meetings, booking travel, and processing expenses.
• Managing general correspondence, CRM updates, and assisting with mass mailings.
• Collaborating with internal teams such as Investments, Marketing, Product Management, Legal, and Compliance.

Your Profile

• Final year of Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.
• A collaborative team player with a client‑focused mindset.
