Sales Inspector, Personal Insurance
Overview
As part of the Commercial Directorate of Henner Solutions Courtage, you will join the Paris - Île-de-France region.
You will participate in the commercial management of a rapidly developing portfolio across the corporate, self-employed, individual and international mobility markets.
Your main activity is to develop and manage a network of brokers within a defined geographic area. In line with the company’s strategic directions, you will develop a strategy to implement a commercial action plan. You will recruit, retain and engage your brokers to grow the portfolio and increase your network’s revenue. Through your expertise, you will provide commercial and technical support to help your broker partners upskill. You will monitor the quality of the work produced by the partners under your responsibility. You pay close attention to detail, performance management and reporting for all activities in your area. You will represent Henner Solutions Courtage at various industry forums and committees. You will work in close coordination with area inspectors and account managers to contribute to the success of your region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a network of brokers within a defined geographic area
- Develop and implement a commercial action plan in line with company strategy

- Collaborate closely with area inspectors and account managers to contribute to regional success
Qualifications
- You have strong commercial acumen, an appetite for technical subjects, and want to play an active role in developing a territory
- You have solid commercial experience in prospecting, developing and managing a network of brokers
- You have a strong preference for fieldwork and problem solving
- Proven knowledge of health and group/individual protection insurance solutions is required to support and develop the network
- Good communicator, you are able to build trusting relationships with your stakeholders
- Listening skills, empathy, teamwork and a strong sense of collective responsibility are among your values
