Sales Incentive Plan Manager (EMEA)
Fully remote position based in France.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and improve the SIP for the EMEA organization
- Own Sales Incentive Plan daily management & standard work, including improvement and maintenance of our Salesforce.com tool
- Define SIP roadmap while improving processes & IT tools to support SIP management
- Define and own SIP calendar: target setting, communication with associates, claim management, quarterly payout
- Ensure continuous improvement of SIP to support people leaders drive individual performance and help SIP‑eligible associates monitor their performance and maximize their payout
- Communicate and provide training to associates on SIP processes and tools to ensure effective understanding and utilization
Your Profile
- Strong analytical skills and high level of comfort using analytical tools to drive insights and decision‑making
- Extensive experience with a CRM (preferably Salesforce.com) as well as an ERP (preferably SAP)
- Experience with productivity tools & analytics tools (Salesforce.com, Power BI, Excel)
- Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language considered a plus
- Multiple years of experience as a Commercial Operations / Commercial Excellence / Variable incentive manager running sales incentive processes & tools is a big plus
