About the role

As Sales & Growth Lead , you will be at the heart of Kili’s next commercial expansion.

Working directly with and reporting to our CEO, you will act as a strategic partner to find new growth avenues and scale our high‑stakes enterprise business. In this role, your scope will cover both Europe and the US, with a major focus on capturing high‑value enterprise deals, particularly within highly regulated sectors such as healthcare, defense, and financial services.

These industries face critical, complex annotation needs where data quality, rigorous curation, absolute auditability, and strict conformity are paramount. This is a full‑cycle, highly entrepreneurial role offering the long‑term opportunity to help structure and grow our future commercial footprint as these new avenues succeed.

Key responsibilities

  • Pioneer New Growth Avenues: Conduct deep discovery with AI leaders, CTOs, and compliance heads to position Kili for mission‑critical enterprise use cases, specifically addressing the unique data challenges of highly regulated spaces like health and defense.
  • Full‑Cycle Enterprise Deals: Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles—from strategic outbound prospecting and growth initiatives to navigating complex enterprise procurement, security, and deployment frameworks.
  • Solution Scoping for Compliance: Act as a trusted advisor to technical and business buyers. You will handle initial solution scoping independently, demonstrating how Kili satisfies strict requirements around data curation, auditability, and conformity.
  • Build the Playbook: Document and turn your initial sales victories into a repeatable go‑to‑market methodology, laying the foundation to potentially expand and scale the commercial team down the line.
  • Product Feedback Loop: Partner closely with the CEO and Engineering teams to translate rigid industry compliance requirements and field insights into actionable product features.

About you

You are a “builder” who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and views ambiguity as an opportunity. You have the strategic acumen to discuss data governance with enterprise executives, combined with the hands‑on grit to generate your own pipeline.

Experience & Skills

  • 3-5+ years of experience: in B2B SaaS Enterprise Sales, Growth, or Business Development within the Tech, Data, or AI ecosystem. Experience as an early‑stage startup founder or first sales hire is a strong plus.
  • Proven Track Record: Successful experience identifying, managing, and closing complex, high‑ticket enterprise deals, ideally involving highly regulated sectors (health, defense, banking).
  • Technical & Regulatory Acumen: You understand data pipelines, cloud environments, and data governance well enough to confidently discuss auditability, security, and conformity challenges.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly proactive and metrics‑driven, with the leadership potential to evolve alongside the business as we scale.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and French, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills tailored to an international enterprise landscape.
