Join us in driving the future of energy! In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of scaling our High Voltage (HV) Service business within the Grid Technologies Sales unit for South West Europe (Switzerland, Spain, France, Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Portugal and Greece). You will create a vital link between our central strategy and regional sales execution, ensuring that our innovative service offerings are effectively translated into actionable sales plans. You will empower local teams to pursue new opportunities and track performance against ambitious growth targets. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Act as the key link between the central EXU Service team and regional/local sales to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Translate central service initiatives into tailored, actionable sales plans for South West Europe countries.
  • Support and enable local sales teams to identify, develop, and convert HV service opportunities through training and guidance.
  • Drive the rollout of new service offerings, adapting them to local market conditions and customer needs.
  • Ensure HV service growth by building strong pipelines, enforcing disciplined execution, and tracking KPIs for performance visibility.
  • Foster collaboration across sales, execution, and service teams while supporting key customer engagements and promoting the business externally.

What You Bring

  • Academic backgroundin Electrical Engineering or a related technical field like mechanical or energy engineering.
  • Solid professional experience (5 to 10 years) in the HV transmission and distribution sector, with direct exposure to service business models.
  • Proven track record in sales support, business development, or service program deployment within a multi-country environment.
  • Experience working at the interface between sales and service execution organizations, which is highly desirable.
  • You bring strong analytical skills and business acumen, enabling you to drive data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Any additional language will be considered a plus.
  • Availability for business travel within the South West Europe countries.
