Job Description

We're hiring for multiple destinations; we have several Global Buyer positions open across different regions. Whatever your market expertise, we'd love to hear from you!

As a Global Buyer , you'll play a pivotal role in growing and managing our portfolio of hotel partners across your dedicated destination. Based at our headquarters in Aix‑en‑Provence, you'll source and negotiate exclusive deals with hotels throughout your region, delivering exceptional travel experiences to our members while driving strong business results.

You'll be the key point of contact for your destination's hoteliers – their main relationship with Voyage Privé runs through you.

  • Own and grow your hotel portfolio : boutique properties, resorts, luxury brands across your region
  • Source and negotiate exclusive campaigns with hotel partners to hit revenue targets
  • Be the face of Voyage Privé : pitch, onboard and build lasting relationships with new hotel partners
  • Work closely with our internal teams (Marketing, Content, Revenue) to maximize campaign performance
  • Monitor market trends and competitors across your destination to stay ahead of the curve
  • Travel regularly to meet partners on the ground

Qualifications

  • Fluent English speaker , essential to manage relationships with hotel partners
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in hotel contracting, tour operating, hospitality procurement, DMC, OTA…
  • Strong negotiation skills and ease in dealing with suppliers
  • Market knowledge and existing contacts with key players in the local hospitality industry
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑growing environment
  • Data‑driven , structured, and focused on continuous improvement
  • Willingness to travel to meet partners as needed

Practical Information

Location : Aix‑en‑Provence, France

Start date : The sooner, the better

Contract : Full‑time / Permanent

Hybrid model : 3 days on‑site per week
