RSM Fuel Cards is an exciting new division of the RSM Group and we’re building something from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join at the very beginning, shaping the future of our fuel card offering and playing a key role in building a high performing sales team.
As one of our first Sales Executives, you won’t just be joining a team, you’ll be helping create it. You’ll work closely with leadership to win new business, build lasting client relationships and establish RSM Fuels as a serious player in the market.

Role & Responsibilities
- Driving new business sales through outbound call activity and lead generation
- Managing and growing your own portfolio through account management and CRM updates
- Conducting fuel usage and business reviews to maximise customer value
- Delivering exceptional customer service to build long term relationships
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross sell services
Skills, Knowledge, And Experience
- Proven experience in sales (B2B preferred but not essential)
- Self-motivated mindset
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Pay and Perks
- Salary: £22,000 to £27,000 per annum.
