DENSO is a global leader in advanced automotive technology, systems and components. Within DENSO Europe, the Aftermarket & Industrial Solutions Business Unit is responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction across the independent aftermarket.

In the role of Sales Executive – Independent Aftermarket, you are responsible for developing the independent automotive aftermarket business, managing our customers, key accounts and purchasing groups, and driving sustainable sales growth in the South-West of France.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and expand sales of DENSO products across the assigned region, delivering sustainable growth.
  • Build, manage, and continuously strengthen strategic relationships with key accounts and purchasing groups.
  • Maximize customer retention while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular and value‑adding customer visits at distributor and trade levels.
  • Act as a trusted commercial partner, understanding customer needs and delivering tailored, value‑driven solutions.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and actively contribute to the definition and execution of commercial policy.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Support and contribute to marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret market and customer data to support strategic and commercial decision‑making.
  • Deliver commercial and product training, and represent DENSO at trade shows, customer events, and industry forums.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial role within the automotive independent aftermarket.
  • Proven experience managing key accounts or purchasing groups.
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strategic, proactive and results‑driven with a hands‑on approach.
  • Able to work independently in an international, multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
  • The role requires frequent travel (up to 70–80% of working time, depending on region). You will work closely with internal sales, marketing and product teams across Europe.
