To strengthen our growth, we are seeking a Sales Executive / Business Development Manager with proven experience in selling software or data-driven solutions to medium-sized and large enterprises.

Territory: France / Switzerland / Belgium / Luxembourg
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
Your Mission
As part of the Sales Department, you will be responsible for developing BlueFinch-ESBD’s business across your assigned territory.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of clients and partners
- Identifying new business opportunities and managing them through the full sales cycle
- Building strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels (technical, operational, and executive)
- Advising clients on secure data management, integration, and automation solutions adapted to their business needs
- Collaborating closely with Presales, Services, Marketing, and Vendor Partner teams to deliver tailored and value-driven solutions
- Representing BlueFinch-ESBD at industry events and maintaining a visible market presence
- Keeping CRM data accurate and up to date, and providing regular activity and forecast reports
As the company continues to grow, this position may evolve towards wider regional or sector-specific responsibilities.
Your Profile
To succeed in this position, you bring:
- At least five years of experience in B2B software or IT solution sales
- A proven record of success in complex, long-cycle sales to mid-market or enterprise clients
- A good understanding of secure data exchange, integration, or SaaS-based solutions
- A consultative sales approach and the ability to communicate with both technical and business audiences
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
- Well-organised, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and CRM tools
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is essential; other European languages would be an advantage
Understanding of (a plus)
- MFT, API, Integration, LAN, WAN, EDI
- Cloud, SaaS, PaaS architectures
- Security, Compliance, GDPR, Data Protection Regulations
- Data automation and encryption standards

Remuneration
Competitive fixed salary plus performance-related bonus, depending on experience and results.
