At Sensolus, you will have the ability to foster your professional growth and make a real impact.What you will do:As a Sales Engineer, you play a pivotal role in the technical side of the sales process. Serving as the primary technical point of contact for our prospective customers in France and the broader Southern European region, you guide them through the proof-of-value phase. You take ownership of configuring, testing, and refining solutions. All the while collaborating closely with engineering and engaging directly with customers until a viable, high-impact solution is delivered.What to expect:
- Being the go-to person in FR for any technical matter , pre-sales and post-sales
- Listening and sympathizing with potential customers to understand their use-case and translate this into a technical solution
- Going onsite to install, configure, and monitor trackers to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process
- Troubleshooting technical issues raised during the sales process and collaborating with other teams on finding solutions
- Enhancing our stakeholders’ (partners, customers and sales team) technical knowledge through targeted training sessions
- Demonstrating our solutions, both independently and in collaboration with the sales team
- Becoming an expert in your domain and identifying possible improvements and opportunities
- … have an engineering degree in electronics, software, ICT or have equivalent work experience as a ‘tech seasoned’ person
- … have around 5 years of experience as a technical expert, serving as the point of contact for (potential) customers
- … are fluent in French and proficient in English (Spanish would be a plus!)
- … are a self-starter, willing to work remotely and travel within France
- … derive energy from continuously seeking technical solutions, even - or rather especially - when they’re not straightforward
- … look back on hands-on experience with complex tech products
- … have an analytical mindset and are a born problem solver
- … are a digital native and have the skills to present in webinars, organize training sessions, record demos, host technical conference calls, and more
- … are passionate about turning technological innovations into commercial success
- … have a thirst for knowledge and are always looking for ways to strengthen and expand your skillset
