Sales Enablement Manager (Operations)
About the role
At Revolut, Operations means problem-solving at scale. Our Sales team is the engine that drives global growth, and the Sales Operations and Enablement team is the engineering crew ensuring we run at peak efficiency.
We're looking for a Sales Enablement Manager (Operations) to sit at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution. You'll be building systems and optimising processes that allow our sales force to reach peak performance. You'll use data to analyse trends and identify performance gaps to design technical, scalable solutions.

What you’ll be doing
- Structuring and running rigorous pilots to test new operational models, sales methodologies, or tools within specific segments to determine what works before scaling globally
- Designing and optimising scalable sales workflows to ensure our sales teams move with maximum speed and minimal friction
- Analysing sales performance data to identify bottlenecks in the funnel and implementing operational fixes through process, tooling, or training
- Transforming the onboarding programme from a simple training track into a high-impact, metric-driven system that reduces time to productivity for new hires
- Developing KPIs and dashboards to measure the direct ROI of enablement initiatives on sales velocity and conversion
What you'll need
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in operations
- Experience with B2B sales, sales enablement, and the development and implementation of enablement programmes
- A bias for action and speed
- Expertise in building, implementing, and improving processes and operations as business scales
- A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones
- Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills

- Familiarity with enablement tools, such as Seismic
Compensation range
- Krakow: PLN10,700 - PLN21,700 gross monthly*
- Poland: PLN10,700 - PLN21,700 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
