Sales Enablement Intern - 6 months (Native French/Fluent English speaking mandatory) m/f/d
Job Description
As a Sales Enablement Intern, you will play an important role within the commercial organisation, leading efforts to deliver added value to our sales team, our partners and their clients. Your responsibilities will involve supporting the Sales Enablement team in identifying and deploying tools to improve the operational efficiency of the sales teams, driving the growth of existing partnerships and signing new deals. This role has a start date in July 2026.
Responsibilities
- Sales Enablement Content & ToolsInitiate, manage and update enablement materials such as QBR decks, pitch decks, playbooks, onboarding/training content—and contribute to the development of new assets and best practices.
- Operations & LogisticsManage the goodies process (suppliers, stock, creative assets, deliveries), coordinate event ticket allocation, and ensure smooth execution of incentive programs.
- Internal Communication & Knowledge SharingPromote internal communication within the Partnerships division (e.g., maintaining the open‑space screen), centralise sales documentation, and support meeting efficiency through structured notes and reports.
- Onboarding & TrainingHelp design and animate team onboarding days, and contribute to partner or training events (e.g., webinars, workshops).
- Strategic Support & AnalysisSupport the implementation of strategic initiatives such as the rollout of our brand identity. Run and analyse surveys and internal data to provide actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Master’s student in Economics, Business, Marketing or Operations Management, ideally at the end of your studies (end‑of‑studies internship).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
- Advanced familiarity with the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail).
- Proven ability to take ownership of projects, work autonomously, and proactively drive initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Resourceful, curious, and solution‑oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to adapt quickly in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
- Detail‑oriented, well‑organised with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines, comfortable working cross‑functionally, and building relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Positive, enthusiastic mindset and being excited to work within a music‑oriented environment.
