What You'll Be Doing
- Work with sales and marketing to simplify, streamline, eliminate, and/or automate manual or inefficient processes.
- Act as a relay of the region and the group for the implementation & monitoring of methods, tools, and processes recommended.
- Document local sales processes & policies (in Confluence and other systems).
- Perform analysis to identify opportunities for improvement to efficiency within the sales organization (based on processes optimization).
- Lead initiatives that drive improvements in sales data reporting to enable fact-based analysis and insights.
- Maintain CRM data (Salesforce) – manage records, sales reports, dashboards, workflows, and sales process best practices and KPIs.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure sales reps are adhering to the sales process.
- Provide analyses & support the sales leadership in the adjustment and review of the coverage model/sales organization.
Education Requirements
A higher academic degree, or equivalent (via experience).
Work Experience Requirements
- Experience (in theory or practice) in being in a data/metrics decision making environment.
- Experience working on go-to-market and sales related strategic and operational topics.
- Minimum 8 years in a leadership role, and minimum 5 years in sales or project management role.
