Job Summary

The Sales & Education Executive is accountable for the overall performance of their business area and is responsible for managing the commercial performance through driving in-store sales, education & events.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute in-store training, implement & translate training materials in your region.
  • Upskill beauty advisors in sales and artistry techniques.
  • Lead and plan large scale trainings in your region including classroom & convention style.
  • Build strong relationships with HQ training teams.
  • Support & train BA's prior & during all animations to deliver maximum ROI.
  • Support PR masterclasses.
  • Manage and control product incentives with the retailers for the in-store personnel and training kits for retailer HQ.
  • Drive sales on shop floor by leading example and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Report stock & tester issues.
  • Ensure gondola hygiene standards are maintained at a high level at all times.
  • Ensure VM guidelines are being followed; gondolas and promo sites look as expected by guidelines.
  • Build business plan for the region with an annual and quarterly view and execute plan ensuring commercial targets are achieved.
  • Advance agency staffing; training prior to start and monitoring to reach commercial targets.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and key sales opportunities for events & activities.
  • Build strong relationships with floor managers, store directors and regional directors to maximize the brand's exposure.
  • Support in-store trade animations in relevant stores and deliver consumer masterclasses.
  • Work closely with your manager to schedule calendar and strategize sales & education opportunities.
  • Create educational video content for retailer eLearning & communication platforms.
  • Evaluate sales & training programs and share feedback with relevant stakeholders.
  • Log all store visits and sales & training successes; report to line manager and provide feedback to internal & external departments.
  • Work within company expense budgets, schedule travel per call cycle, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Report weekly (Mondays) past week achievements & actions and give an overview on upcoming week's action plan.
  • Use Microsoft Office proficiently.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in beauty & retail sales.
  • Experience in multi-site training/education in store, classroom and large scale conventions.
  • Experience with SEPHORA preferred.
  • Fluency in French (native) and professional level in English.
  • Strong written and oral communication in France & English, organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Public speaking experience in large groups (up to 150 people).
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office proficiently.

Additional Requirements

This position requires up to 80% travel and you will be in store 4 days a week with one admin day (Monday).
