The platform covers the full spectrum: custody, tokenization, trading, and blockchain integration for financial institutions.
With a strong footprint across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas, the company is scaling rapidly and looking for entrepreneurial sales leaders to drive regional expansion.
The Role
As Sales Director South Europe, you will own the full commercial cycle across France, Spain, Italy, and Portugal. This is a senior individual contributor role with high autonomy, reporting directly to the Co-Founder & Managing Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute the commercial strategy for the South Europe region
- Proactively prospect, qualify, and close deals with banks, asset managers, and institutional clients
- Manage complex sales cycles (12–14 months) involving IT, compliance, and executive stakeholders
- Develop tailored business cases addressing each client's strategic and operational needs
- Coordinate RFI/RFP processes with internal teams (Product, Legal, Operations)
- Manage existing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and renewal rates
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences; generate leads and build partnerships
- Provide market feedback to inform product roadmap and positioning
Your Profile
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software / SaaS sales to financial institutions
- Proven track record selling technology solutions to banks, with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes
- Strong understanding of the digital assets ecosystem (custody, tokenization, trading, blockchain infrastructure)Existing network within the European banking or fintech landscape is a plus
- Fluent in English; Italian and/or Spanish highly valued
- Comfortable with extensive travel across Southern Europe
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, delivery-oriented
