Are you a B2B commercial leader with a strong track record of securing and growing high-value corporate accounts across workplace, dining, and premium amenity spaces?

On behalf of a leading player in Premium Hospitality, we are seeking a Sales Director (M/F) to drive market share and secure strategic corporate contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic B2B Hunting & Expansion: Prospect, negotiate, and win major framework agreements with corporate clients, headquarters, and workplace networks.
• Tenders & Bespoke Proposals: Lead end-to-end RFP processes for complex, multi-year B2B contracts, crafting tailored solutions for corporate environments.
• Account & Revenue Strategy: Build targeted commercial strategies to expand footprint across corporate sites, grow average contract value, and secure long-term, recurring multi-year contractual revenue.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong networks with C-Level executives, Procurement, and Workplace Directors to expand the client footprint.

Profile Required

• Industry Expertise: Proven track record in B2B business development within Corporate Hospitality Services, Premium Event Venues, MICE or Contract Catering (B&I focus).
• Contractual Deal Making: Demonstrated success navigating complex tender cycles and closing high-value corporate service contracts.
• Commercial Acumen: Hands-on approach to high-level negotiations, strong relationship management, and strategic market mapping.
• Languages: Fluent in French and English (international environment).
