Sales Director, Lakebase Specialists - South EMEA

Databricks is seeking a Sales Director for Lakebase Sales Specialists in South EMEA to lead a regional team, partner with Account Executives, Solution Architects, and regional Sales Leadership, and drive modernization and AI adoption across customers.

You will own revenue targets, build a strong pipeline, recruit and coach top performers, and align with Product and GTM to scale developer and platform sales while delivering measurable business value to CIOs, CTOs, and platform engineers.
