Sales Director: Growth Strategy & Team Leadership

Achievers Network seeks a Senior Director of Sales to lead a team of Account Executives, shape strategy and drive revenue across a key customer segment. You will ensure attainment of revenue goals, manage staff headcount, and control expense budgets while coaching the team for peak performance.

The role requires at least 10 years of senior leadership experience, proven success heading sales, and exceptional negotiation, listening and presentation skills; MBA preferred and a Bachelor’s degree
