What will you be doing?
Lead Commercial Performance
- Own full country P&L, including revenue growth and margin performance
- Deliver against sales targets through clear KPIs and robust forecasting
- Drive pipeline development and identify new business opportunities
- Optimize pricing strategies and rebate frameworks
- Monitor performance and provide insights through data-driven reporting
- Develop and execute national sales strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead annual planning, segmentation, and target-setting activities
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to inform decision-making
- Deliver strategic initiatives and business cases to senior leadership
Build Customer Partnerships
- Strengthen relationships with key accounts, hospitals, and decision-makers
- Drive customer-centric initiatives and long-term partnerships
- Lead negotiations and oversee commercial agreements
- Ensure delivery of best-in-class customer experience
Develop High-Performing Teams
- Lead, coach, and inspire a national sales team
- Build capability through training, mentoring, and performance management
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable culture
- Recognize and scale best practices across the organization
Collaborate Across the Business
- Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial Excellence
- Drive operational improvements and efficiency across the sales ecosystem
What You Will Bring
- 8–10+ years of sales leadership experience in MedTech, ideally orthopaedics
- Proven track record of delivering commercial growth and managing P&L
- Experience leading and developing teams of 10+ employees
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and customer dynamics
- Strategic mindset with ability to execute and drive results
- Strong leadership and coaching capability
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- Customer-centric and commercially focused
- Strong communication skills in English
- Degree required; MBA preferred
Travel requirement: approximately 50–60%
