As Sales Director, Orthopaedics France, you will lead national sales operations, shaping strategy and execution to deliver sustainable growth and market leadership. You will drive commercial performance, develop a high‑performing team, and build strong partnerships with key customers and stakeholders.
What will you be doing?
- Own full country P&L, including revenue growth and margin performance.
- Deliver against sales targets through clear KPIs and robust forecasting.
- Drive pipeline development and identify new business opportunities.
- Optimize pricing strategies and rebate frameworks.
- Monitor performance and provide insights through data‑driven reporting.
- Shape strategy and growth.
- Develop and execute national sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead annual planning, segmentation, and target‑setting activities.
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to inform decision‑making.
- Deliver strategic initiatives and business cases to senior leadership.
- Build customer partnerships.
- Strengthen relationships with key accounts, hospitals, and decision‑makers.
- Drive customer‑centric initiatives and long‑term partnerships.
- Lead negotiations and oversee commercial agreements.
- Ensure delivery of best‑in‑class customer experience.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a national sales team.
- Build capability through training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Foster a high‑performance, collaborative, and accountable culture.
- Recognize and scale best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate across the business.
- Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial Excellence.
- Align cross‑functional initiatives to deliver commercial outcomes.
- Drive operational improvements and efficiency across the sales ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of sales leadership experience in MedTech, ideally orthopaedics.
- Proven track record of delivering commercial growth and managing P&L.
- Experience leading and developing teams of 10+ employees.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and customer dynamics.
- Strategic mindset with ability to execute and drive results.
- Strong leadership and coaching capability.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
- Customer‑centric and commercially focused.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Degree required; MBA preferred.
- Travel requirement: approximately 50–60%.
