Based in France (remote), ideally near Paris | Full-Time | Reports to Senior Leadership

An AI-powered social intelligence platform, built for short‑form video and the creator economy, is expanding into Europe and looking for a Sales Director to lead that launch from the ground up.

The company uses proprietary multi‑modal AI to analyze video, audio, text, and visual signals in real time, giving brands, PR agencies, and social platforms clear, actionable intelligence on creators, content, and trends across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and consumer sectors. With teams already active across Asia‑Pacific, Europe, and North America, the business is now ready to build a dedicated commercial presence in Europe, and this hire will be the one to build it.

This is a founder‑style, high‑impact leadership role for a self‑starter who thrives in early‑stage market development, cross‑border collaboration, and building something from zero rather than managing an existing structure.

What you'll own:

  • Define and execute the Europe go‑to‑market (GTM) sales strategy, aligned with global business objectives
  • Build and lead the entire European sales pipeline from scratch — both outbound prospecting and inbound conversion
  • Identify, engage, and close enterprise‑level clients across target industries (tech, industrial, SaaS, AI, and beyond)
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with distributors, resellers, and ecosystem partners across Europe
  • Establish local market presence: pricing strategy, positioning, and competitive analysis
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high‑performing regional sales team as the business scales
  • Collaborate closely with global HQ (product, marketing, operations) to adapt offerings to European market needs
  • Lead contract negotiations, securing strong commercial terms and long‑term profitability
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings across Europe
  • Provide regular reporting, forecasting, and market insights to senior leadership

What we're looking for:

  • 8–15+ years of B2B sales leadership experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, AI, or industrial solutions
  • Proven track record building and scaling sales operations in European markets, from early stage onward
  • Based in France, ideally near the Paris area, with willingness to travel across Europe
  • Legal authorization to work in Europe (mandatory)
  • Trilingual: fluent French and Chinese is mandatory; strong proficiency in English is also required, you'll work across all three languages regularly
  • A strong network of enterprise clients or channel partners in relevant industries is a major advantage
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast‑growing, early‑stage business environment
