The Role
This is a senior, quota-carrying position responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic market development across Western Europe (primary focus: UK & France; additional coverage: Benelux and Iberia). You will own the full commercial cycle — from territory strategy and pipeline development through to close — and play a central role in building the partner ecosystem that underpins our regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership
- Own and deliver annual regional revenue targets
- Build and maintain 3–4x qualified pipeline coverage
- Ensure forecast accuracy and CRM discipline
Strategic Market Development
- Define and execute country-level go-to-market strategies (Tier 1: UK & France)
- Develop key accounts within Ministries of Defence, Armed Forces, Police, and HLS agencies
- Identify high-value opportunities and framework agreements
Partner Ecosystem
- Recruit, structure, and activate system integrators and distributors across the region
- Build long-term strategic partnerships that drive sustainable, partner-led growth in Benelux and Iberia
Government & Institutional Sales
- Navigate complex public procurement processes with confidence
- Represent the company at key industry and defense events
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Presales and Product teams to support field trials and technical evaluations
- Provide structured, actionable market intelligence to senior leadership
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in Defense, Homeland Security, or Government sales
- Proven track record selling into Ministries of Defence, Armed Forces, Police, or Government agencies
- Strong command of complex public procurement processes
- Experience owning quota and delivering multi-million € revenue targets
- Ability to manage and grow multi-country territories
- Willingness to travel extensively across Western Europe
- Fluency in English (required); French strongly preferred
- Former military or Homeland Security background
- Established network within the Western European defense or security ecosystem
- Experience engaging senior operational and procurement stakeholders
Nice to have
- Technical understanding of RF, C-UAS, electronic warfare, ISR, or air defense systems
- Experience supporting field trials or operational demonstrations
