The role
We are seeking a Sales Director to lead Zeekr's market development. You will play a key role in achieving targets and building strong relationships with customers and partners by delivering outstanding service and guidance through the channel.
This is what you will do
- Sales Target setting and achievement: manage channel split, volumes generated, development of commercial policies, and daily performance monitoring of all sales channels, supported by a dedicated B2B team.
- Market Intelligence & Benchmarking: provide deep insights into market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape within the region.
- Channel Development & Resource Integration: build and strengthen partnerships with stakeholders, including government bodies, dealers, and business partners.
- Plan and develop the local channel network to ensure strong market coverage and effective resource allocation.
- Business Planning & Execution: define, implement, and manage annual and monthly business targets.
- Operational Excellence: oversee supply chain coordination and monitor dealer operations to maintain stable performance.
- Customer Satisfaction & Brand Advocacy: ensure NPS surveys are effectively conducted, and customer feedback is prioritized and addressed promptly.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Leadership & Team Development: lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate
- Minimum 8 years of experience in automotive sales (preferably with dealer groups or car brand companies).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets through Individuals and Businesses channels, and managing dealer networks.
- A customer-oriented approach with a strong understanding of sales and customer satisfaction.
- Experience of leading regional sales teams focused on partnering with automotive dealer groups.
- Solution oriented mindset with the ability to analyze problems and explore different types of possible solutions.
- Good collaboration skills; used to working in teams and with colleagues from different departments.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of independent thinking and analytical ability.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
