Sales Development Specialist - Data Center Services (APAC timezone)

We are a lean, remote-first team building the infrastructure backbone of the internet. Our clients range from hyperscalers and carriers to enterprises and startups who need reliable, fast datacenter operations — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
About the Role
We are building a global sales development team that operates 24/7. Our clients and prospects are spread across every time zone — when a potential customer needs colocation, someone should be reaching out. When a prospect posts on LinkedIn about outgrowing their current DC provider, someone should be in their inbox within hours, not days.
As SDR for the Asia-Pacific — covering India, Southeast Asia, East Asia, and Oceania , you own outbound prospecting and meeting booking in your region. You are mega proactive, friendly, and genuinely interested in the datacenter industry . You don't wait for leads to come to you — you go find them. You research companies, identify decision-makers, craft personalized outreach, and book meetings for our sales team.
What You Will Do
- Drive outbound sales through cold outreach, LinkedIn, and partner channels
- Respond to inbound leads same day—no exceptions
- Own end-to-end quoting for servers, networking equipment, and colocation needs
- Work with vendors to secure pricing, availability, and fast turnaround
- Support clients needing remote hands, hardware installs, migrations, and DC services
- Move deals quickly from first contact to close
Required Experience
- Experience in IT / datacenter / infrastructure sales
- Strong background in hardware quoting and procurement (servers, networking, DC equipment)
- Vendor network or experience sourcing hardware (including refurbished markets is a plus)
- Understanding of datacenter services (remote hands, colocation, migrations, rack & stack)
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical clients and engineers
- Proven ability to work fast, independently, and with urgency
