Role Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Bazaarvoice helps drive the business forward by unearthing new business opportunities and deploying Bazaarvoice solutions for new clients. The SDR builds solid and trusted relationships with senior personnel within target organisations through phone, email, events, and marketing campaigns. In the first 90 days you will learn Bazaarvoice inside‑out, master proven sales methodologies, and qualify for progression to Inside Sales Rep and later Account Executive.

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline generation
  • Demonstrate the value proposition of our products and services to key industry prospects
  • Qualify and book appointments with key decision makers within target accounts for the Account Executive team
  • Champion key industry events and help manage the pre‑, during‑, and post‑event process in collaboration with Marketing
  • Be creative and find ways to target prospects to gain their attention
  • Work with industry‑leading partners to drive mutual benefit and lead generation

Qualifications

  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • 0‑1 years sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial, highly self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, fearless, ambitious, team player
  • Record of achievements that demonstrate a winning attitude
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly, and a self‑starter
  • Fluent in French, Spanish, and English
