More than 3,500 companies in 20+ countries use Greenly to manage their climate strategy: from carbon assessments and life‑cycle analyses to SBTi trajectories and compliance with CSRD and CBAM.

About the team
You’ll join Greenly’s Sales Team, a fast‑moving group of 60+ SDRs, Account Executives and Account Managers across France, UK, US, and Europe. They’re all working toward one mission: helping thousands of companies understand, reduce, and follow their climate impact.
We work closely with Account Executives, Partnerships, Delivery Operations, and Marketing to build a seamless and predictable pipeline. Every day, SDRs are at the heart of Greenly’s growth: they are the first touchpoint for prospects, and the ambassadors of our climate mission.

About the role
We’re looking for a driven and curious SDR to fuel our growth in the European market – especially Germany and the Netherlands.
Identifying high‑potential companies, engaging decision‑makers, understanding their needs, and qualifying opportunities for the Account Executives is your core responsibility.
This is a hands‑on commercial role with big impact on company revenue and great career growth opportunities.
In your first months, you will:
- Identify & map ideal prospects within the international market
- Master outreach across all channels: cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, events
- Deliver strong pitches and adapt your message based on prospect needs
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using clear frameworks
- Maintain a clean CRM and follow your KPIs with ownership
- Collaborate closely with your Team Lead and AEs on pipeline strategy
- Contribute to internal projects to improve scripts, processes, and tools
You will drive:
- A predictable outbound engine for your region
- High‑quality handovers to AEs
- Insight loops between prospects, product, and sales
- Continuous improvement: testing outreach angles, messaging, Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs), and tools

Skills to succeed
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Already have 1‑3 years of concrete Sales experience in a full‑time position with outbound calling, and understand the fundamentals of prospecting & qualification
- Show a strong interest in ESG/climate transition and the desire to learn fast about our sector
- Love picking up the phone and speaking with prospects — hunter mindset
- Demonstrate excellent relational skills: empathy, active listening, and the ability to rephrase needs clearly
- Are structured, organised, and rigorous in managing your time and pipeline
- Are a true team player, motivated by collective success before individual wins
- Learn quickly, welcome feedback, enjoy being challenged and challenge others
- Are fully fluent in English and are ideally also fluent in German or Dutch
Extra points if you:
- Know lead qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC…)
- Have experience in SaaS, climate, or tech environment
- Have been involved in associations, sports teams, or entrepreneurial projects
You might not be a fit if:
- You don’t enjoy outbound calling
- You struggle to show curiosity or to ask the right questions
- You lack dynamism or positive commercial energy
- You tend to prioritise individual wins over team success
- You are not motivated by ESG/climate topics
- You are uncomfortable receiving or applying feedback
