The position will be based in our Paris office.

Role overview

We are not looking for a traditional Sales Development Representative; we are looking for hungry individuals who want to prove themselves and drive results in a fast-paced environment. We seek fresh perspectives and energetic teammates who will contribute to our growth and success.

What you will do

  • Identify and reach out to prospective sales opportunities as part of the sales backbone at Insider One.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through inbound leads.
  • Follow up with prospects through outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Brainstorm with the team on how to identify key players and generate interest in Insider One's products.
  • Maintain and expand the prospect database in your assigned segments.

Qualifications

  • Native proficiency in Spanish
  • Previous SDR experience
  • Fresh perspectives are valued
  • University degree in a related field
  • A fair understanding of the e-commerce markets is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • You are comfortable on the phone and enjoy dialing dozens of numbers a day
  • A passion for market research, identifying key players, and generating leads
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • A fair understanding of digital marketing or experience in a customer-oriented position
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Be part of a diverse team with 50+ nationalities
