Sales Coordinator - Product Launch Project

Position Summary

This is a temporary position (6 months) to support the launch of the World’s English Test and help grow TOEFL iBT® across Southern and Western Europe.

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive Growth
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using internal tools and new lead generation.
  • Identify business opportunities and contribute to regional growth strategies.
• Engage & Communicate
  • Conduct high-volume outreach via calls, meetings, and visits.
  • Present TOEFL solutions clearly to partners, institutions, and students.
• Represent the Brand
  • Attend fairs, university visits, and marketing events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate
  • Work closely with regional and global teams to align on strategy.
  • Support cross‑functional collaboration with marketing and other departments.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, education consulting, or account management.
• Experience working with educational institutions, agents, or international programs is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage outreach, build relationships, and work toward targets.
• Fluency in French and/or Spanish.

Benefits

• Base salary range advertised represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
• Potential to qualify for up to an additional 8 hours of paid time off for volunteer work on causes that are important to you.
