Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator based in our Paris office to grow the French market and help us achieve our goal of being the largest and most trusted au pair program in the world. This role reports to the Country Product Manager in Paris and requires a candidate who is passionate about cultural exchange, sales-driven, and capable of working independently.

What You Will Do

• Grow the French Au Pair market and take ownership of sales to reach sales targets
• Recruit, screen, and coach potential au pairs while providing excellent customer service
• Work together with our local au pair community to help achieve goals
• Collaborate with colleagues in the USA and headquarters in Zurich to provide an excellent experience for each au pair

Who You Are

• You are passionate about sales and highly motivated to hit and exceed sales targets
• You love connecting with people over the phone and in‑person to understand their needs so that you can successfully pitch our program
• You are a team player who brings a positive attitude and a nothing is impossible spirit to the team
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, taking ownership of your ideas and making them happen
• You have good time management skills that allow you to handle multiple priorities while paying attention to the details and delivering on your goals

Professional Requirements

• Minimum Bac+2
• 1+ years of sales experience with a record of hitting sales targets
• Proven capability with both phone sales and in‑person sales
• 6+ months of experience living abroad, preferred
• Full proficiency in both French and English
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking skillsWillingness to travel and work irregular hours. Valid driver’s license is a plus.
