SALES CONSULTANT (KEY HOLDER)

The Fragrance Shop is on the lookout for an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable Sales Consultant (Key Holder position) to join our team. As a Key Holder at The Fragrance Shop, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets
• In the absence of any other management you will open and close the store and are responsible at that point for ensuring that the store trades safely and legally
• Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
• Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
• Effectively matching the correct fragrance to the customer’s needs
• Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge
• Processing transactions at the till point
• Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions
• Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers

Required Experience

• Due to the nature of the role successful candidates must meet the minimum legal age requirements
• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales/retail would be an advantage but not essential.
• Strong team working skills
• Flexibility to include weekdays, evenings and weekends
