Sales Compensation Architect - AI-First & Remote

n8n is seeking a founding owner of Sales Compensation to architect how we pay and motivate every revenue team across SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, CS, SE, SDR, and Partnerships, spanning EMEA and AMER. You’ll lead the move to an AI-first compensation function from day one, partnering with our internal AI team to build scalable agents.

Your remit includes plan design and governance, quotas and crediting, commission calculations, payroll handoffs, and robust reporting.
