Production Manager

We’re looking for an operator who can help scale our manufacturing platform—bringing structure, speed, and accountability to a growing network of production.

This role sits at the center of Green Hill Brands, working across operations, supply chain, and commercialization to ensure we deliver consistently as we grow.

You’ll work closely with leadership, own key initiatives, and play a direct role in shaping how we scale.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in food manufacturing or CPG operations
• Strong ownership mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, evolving environment
• Comfortable working across functions (ops, sales, product)
• Detail-oriented with a bias toward execution

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Driving day-to-day operational performance
• Identifying and solving bottlenecks across production
• Supporting scale-up of new products and programs
• Collaborating with commercial teams on execution
• Building processes that hold as we grow
