Job Summary:
In France, Nova Biomedical supports healthcare institutions, laboratories and other professional players with diagnostic and analytical solutions, along with a dedicated commercial and technical support structure. Since April 1, 2026, Nova Biomedical France has also directly handled the sale and servicing of several Advanced Instruments® clinical osmometry solutions in France, as part of the integration of Advanced Instruments' activities into the group.
The Nova Biomedical portfolio notably covers:
- blood gas analyzers and critical care solutions (Stat Profile® Prime);
- point-of-care testing solutions, including StatStrip® and StatSensor® (glucose, lactate, creatinine/eGFR);
- clinical and bioprocess osmometers, including Osmo1®, OsmoPRO® and OsmoPRO® MAX;
- cell culture, viability and bioprocess analysis solutions;
- complementary solutions for laboratories, microbiology, volume control and certain veterinary markets
The role therefore operates within a highly technical, regulated and quality-driven B2B environment, where information reliability and commercial responsiveness are essential.
The Sales/Commercial Assistant is a genuine pillar of support for the sales team. He/she handles and follows up on customer requests, contributes to preparing quotes and tenders, ensures the reliability of commercial data, and facilitates coordination between the sales team and internal departments.We are looking for someone able to manage several matters simultaneously, with rigor, autonomy and a strong service mindset, while operating in a technical and demanding environment.
Responsibilites
- Search for and track tenders; gather the necessary information and documents, and contribute to preparing complete, high-quality responses.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, commercial proposals and follow-up reminders, in coordination with the sales team.
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets, filing and the traceability of files.
- Update the customer database and ensure the reliability of commercial information.
- Respond to customer requests by phone and in writing, particularly regarding order tracking and commercial information.
- Assist the sales engineers: preparing files and proposals, customer follow-up, demonstrations and appointments, and updating schedules.
- Take part in direct/indirect marketing actions, mailings, sales follow-ups, trade shows and promotional activities.
- Produce the reports and alerts needed to monitor activity.
Experience required
- Minimum two years of higher education (Bac+2) in commercial assistance, business, management, order administration (ADV), or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 to 3 years in a commercial assistant, order administration (ADV), or B2B sales support role.
- SAP USER
- Organizational skills, rigor, strong interpersonal skills, good writing ability, proficiency with IT tools, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with tenders, medical/scientific/technical environment, B2B, ERP/CRM
- Rigor and reliability: accurate information, complete and traceable files.
- Organization: ability to track several files, deadlines and contacts simultaneously.
- Responsiveness: identifying urgent matters and prioritizing actions.
- Customer service mindset: attentiveness, availability, professional communication and follow-up.
- Team spirit: collaboration with the sales team, order administration (ADV), marketing, product specialists and support functions.
- Autonomy: ability to find information and reach out to the right contact.
- Alertness and foresight: promptly flagging missing information, delays or risks.
- Quality culture: compliance with procedures, document traceability and continuous improvement.
