Sales Cluster Manager

Responsibilities

  • Performance Management: Analysis and presentation of performance and forecast figures to all stakeholders.
  • Design and coordinate the sales strategy.
  • Engage and manage different stakeholders.
  • Work with HOB to lead operational efficiency by exploring process improvements.
  • Monitor performance and development of operational teams.
  • Provide guidance to all team managers and ensure achievement of targets and KPIs (121, coaching).

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with MS Office apps, especially Word and Excel.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong math and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid model: 3 days per week in the Barcelona office (World Trade Center, surrounded by the sea) and 2 days per week from home. Hybrid arrangements continue under COVID‑19 guidelines.
