Responsibilities
- Performance Management: Analysis and presentation of performance and forecast figures to all stakeholders.
- Design and coordinate the sales strategy.
- Engage and manage different stakeholders.
- Work with HOB to lead operational efficiency by exploring process improvements.
- Monitor performance and development of operational teams.
- Provide guidance to all team managers and ensure achievement of targets and KPIs (121, coaching).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with MS Office apps, especially Word and Excel.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong math and analytical abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid model: 3 days per week in the Barcelona office (World Trade Center, surrounded by the sea) and 2 days per week from home. Hybrid arrangements continue under COVID‑19 guidelines.
