Job Responsibilities

• Define and participate in action plans for business development in different regions
• Evaluate the price and execute transactions on a daily basis
• Create new investment ideas
• Coordinate various internal and external projects for the desk
• Support the growth of the activity Equity Derivatives

Qualifications

• Higher education with at least 2 years of experience in Front Office Sales positions with equity derivatives or structured products
• Technical knowledge of equity and cross-asset derivatives
• Experience in sourcing new clients and business opportunities
• Strong negotiation skills and proven results in acquiring new clients
• Excellent interpersonal skills, good listening ability, and decision-making under uncertainty and high stress
• Autonomous with strong teamwork, ambitious and eager to perform in a demanding environment
• Proficient in English at a professional level (C1 minimum)
