Sales Capability Manager

Context: In a context of high commercial ambition and transformation, we are seeking a Sales Capability Manager passionate about talent development and commercial performance. You will be a true partner to the sales teams, playing a key role in coaching, upskilling and engaging our field force, and helping to create a culture of continuous learning and commercial excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the annual cycle of commercial skills development and support key business priorities.
- Identify field team needs and design impactful training journeys tailored to those needs.
- Design, adapt and deploy innovative training content in French and English.
- Create and run an onboarding experience that engages new colleagues.
- Collaborate with sales managers to coordinate field coaching sessions.
- Support teams in adopting new tools, selling methods and commercial standards.
- Share best practices and ensure alignment with global frameworks and strategies.
- Contribute to a culture of feedback, learning and continuous improvement.
Profile / Qualifications
- Solid experience in capability development, sales training, change management or project management.
- Strong proficiency with digital tools and CRM.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, even without direct reporting lines.
- Agile, collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Curiosity, initiative and high adaptability.
