Key Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit the company sales targets by expanding customers portfolio.
• Identifying emerging markets, market shifts.
• Tackling target prospects/clients with regular sales activity reports.
• Build and promote strong, long‑lasting customer relationships.
• Writing up offers and proposals to clients.
• Present sales and profitability reports and realistic forecasts to the management.
• Administration and support in daily business activities in a global business environment.
• Supporting management (local and regional) in reporting, etc.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• Know‑how in freight forwarding; experience in ocean freight, incl. breakbulk, is an advantage.
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a comparable position within a Project freight forwarder.
• Proven track record of successfully Business developments and sales achievements.
• Familiarization with current software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Good organizational skills, customer-focused with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (cross‑functional and cross‑cultural).
• Fluent French and English skills, both written and verbal.
