Job Purpose
The Sales Attachments role supports the growth of the construction equipment attachments business across France and Benelux. The position combines technical product expertise with dealer and customer engagement to drive sales and strengthen market presence. The role acts as a trusted technical sales resource, providing product demonstrations, application support and technical specification guidance to dealers and distributors.
The position is B2B-focused and requires frequent travel within the territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with dealers, distributors and key B2B customers.
- Supports sales activities and identifies opportunities to drive attachments revenue growth.
- Supports deal progression and participates in sales meetings, customer presentations and negotiations as a technical resource.
- Provides product quotations and supports commercial offers tailored to customer needs.
- Explains product features, benefits and technical specifications.
- Conducts product demonstrations and hands-on trials at dealer and customer sites.
- Recommends product configurations suited to equipment and customer applications.
- Provides installation guidance and troubleshoots basic technical issues during demonstrations or pilot phases.
- Collects customer feedback and market insights for Product Management and Engineering.
- Delivers product and application training to dealer sales teams and customers.
- Prepares and delivers technical presentations.
- Monitors competitor products, market trends and customer requirements.
Experience Required
Experience with construction equipment, hydraulics or attachments is highly desirable.
- General sales experience is not essential.
- Ability to explain technical features and benefits to technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and hands-on customer/dealer sessions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to build trust and credibility.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
- Previous exposure to B2B OEM/dealer/distributor channels is preferred.
- Practical construction-site or equipment-operation support experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard sales reporting tools is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology or an equivalent technical field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and product understanding.
- Proficiency in English.
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is EUR €68,000.00 - plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.).
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
