Responsibilities

• Ensure an all-round, successful customer experience, providing comprehensive, personal service through expertise and openness.
• Act as a brand ambassador, conveying the value and quality of our products with competent support.
• Use the cash register system confidently, processing daily closings, exchanges, or refunds precisely and responsibly.
• Maintain calm oversight and a positive attitude even in hectic situations.
• Present products in an inviting way, following specified guidelines with skill and attention to detail.
• Carry out general storage tasks and replenish goods on the shop floor with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Initial professional experience in high-quality (shoe) retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, eager to learn, and enjoy being a competent contact person for customers.
• Positive personality that inspires colleagues and customers alike.
• Very good French and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Enthusiasm for the Birkenstock brand, aligned with our product values, and a desire to make a difference with us.
