This role is designed to develop future Sales Executives and business leaders through hands on experience, coaching, and real responsibility from day one.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and managing a sales pipeline
• Cold calling and prospecting new business opportunities
• Managing CRM activity and maintaining organized sales data
• Creating and executing email campaigns
• Attending networking events and building professional relationships
• Supporting marketing and business development initiativesLearning consultative B2B sales strategy through real-world experience
• Gaining in field sales and client interaction experience throughout the Springfield market

• On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $65K+
