Sales Assistant (German Speaker, 6 Month Contract)

Requirements

• You have determination, good listening skills and a desire to develop, take responsibility and make a real contribution to the commercial success of the organization
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English (mandatory)
• You are diligent and enjoy working as part of a team
• You have a hands‑on attitude and a desire to actively contribute to an ambitious project
• You are able to adapt your way of working flexibly and quickly when needed

What the job involves

• Supporting the sales team with major enquiries and target customers: Researching suitable locations or complementary services (activities, catering, transport) to fulfil specific customer requests. Transfer of offers and general support of the sales team
• Co‑organisation of internal processes
• Supporting the onboarding of new team members
• Participation in the further development of our product
• Participate in strategic discussions around sales and Naboo’s overall strategy
