Sales Assistant - German Speaker

Responsibilities

• Supporting the sales team with major enquiries and target customers: Researching suitable locations or complementary services (activities, catering, transport) to fulfil specific customer requests.
• Transfer of offers and general support of the sales team.
• Co-organisation of internal processes.
• Supporting the onboarding of new team members.
• Participation in the further development of our product.
• Participation in strategic discussions around sales and Naboo’s overall strategy.

Qualifications

• You have determination, good listening skills and a desire to develop, take responsibility and make a real contribution to the commercial success of the organisation.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English (mandatory).
• You are diligent and enjoy working as part of a team.
• You have a hands‑on attitude and a desire to actively contribute to an ambitious project.
• You are able to adapt your way of working flexibly and quickly when needed.
