Your role

• Coordinate customer projects concerning price quotations, sample requests, technical data sheets, regulatory questionnaires, local marketing support, etc.
• Assisting the Sales Manager with sales activities (organising travel, preparing the necessary administrative documents).
• Manage and enter customer files and commercial data required for the proper operation of information systems and use these same tools (PACE, EIS, SAP, Symportal, EIS, etc.).
• Possibly: Compiling and consolidating data for one or more accounts.

About you

Are you passionate about perfumery and cosmetics? Do you have 3 to 5 years of specialized education in olfactory or commercial studies? We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist with experience in the perfumery or cosmetics sector to join our dynamic team.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years' higher education with a focus on olfactory and/or commercial aspects.
• Proven experience in the perfumery or cosmetics industry, ideally with exposure to sales support functions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to analyse the competition
• Ability to understand market issues
• Ability to negotiate
• Good reception skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team

• Responsiveness and ability to prioritise
• Written and spoken English
• German written, spoken would be a plus
