Your Contribution
- Manage and grow a portfolio of distributors within your assigned territory.
- Achieve sales, margin, profitability, and recovery targets.
- Implement commercial actions including promotions, field visits, product push activities, and local negotiations.
- Identify growth opportunities and successfully introduce new products to the market.
- Implement the commercial strategy and support distributor sales teams through training, joint visits and commercial activities.
- Achieve sales, margin, profitability and customer satisfaction targets.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customers, prospects and key accounts (negotiation, offers, follow‑up, recovery).
- Identify profitable business opportunities while safeguarding margins.
- Provide regular reporting, conduct market and competitor analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- Cooperate closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing, Finance) and handle sector-related disputes.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Business degree (Bac+2 equivalent minimum) or at least 2 years of relevant commercial experience; automotive/aftermarket knowledge is a plus.
- Strong command of MS Office and confidence preparing commercial proposals.
- Excellent communication skills, customer orientation and ability to manage priorities.
- Organized, autonomous, strategic, team‑oriented and proactive, with strong commercial acumen.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
- Fluent French; English is an advantage for collaboration within the Group.
