• Basic Understanding of Solution Components: Exposure to solution components within a brand and cross-brand, including understanding how they can be integrated into client-valued solutions.
• Familiarity with Client Relationship Development: Interest in developing and managing client relationships with solution decision makers in the IT and LOB organizations.
• Awareness of Solution Integration: Curiosity about integrating solution components into client-valued solutions, including combining different solution components to create comprehensive solutions for clients.
• Exposure to Client Needs Analysis: Basic understanding of how to identify client needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
• Interest in Solution Sales: Curiosity about the solution sales career path and the competitive landscape.
